Run Workout at Arrowhead Country Club - 19888 N. 73rd Ave. Glendale
Every Tuesday @ 5:00 a.m.

This is up to an 8.5 mile loop starting in the ACC Parking lot at 5:00 a.m. sharp! We take 75th Ave North to Hillcrest East to 71st Ave North to Pinnacle Peak East to 67th Ave South to Mountain Ridge West to 71st Ave South to Rose Garden West to 75th Ave South back to the ACC Parking Lot. All levels welcome! You can turn around or change course as desired. Lead group is at a 7:45min/mile pace. Route may change as desired by group. Let's grow this to offer different level paces and distances. ACC members only can follow this run with a swim workout at the pool.

Directions: 101 loop exit 75th Ave go South to Adobe go left (east) to 73rd Ave go right (south) to ACC Parking Lot.

40k No Drop Bike Ride - 67th Ave. & Arrowhead loop- Starbuck's
Every Friday @ 5:30 a.m

Jeffrey Goldstein will host this ride starting from 67th Avenue and Arrowhead loop in the Starbuck's parking lot. We start at 5:30 a.m. sharp so arrive accordingly.
