Help hand out water and a lot of encouragement!
Be in the action on the Run Course!
This year again, the First Wave Tri Club will be
working the first aid station on the run course.

  WE need YOU!  WE need YOUR HELP!

Sign up and when you get to the question of where you want to work just put down that you want to be at the First Wave Tri Club run aid station captained by Don Campbell.  This is important so you will be at the best and the craziest aid station with all of your new and old friends.
