"Motivation When Times Are Tough " with Dr. Marc Strickland

Why do we do things? Motivation is the hallmark reason that we pursue any endeavor in life. Throughout life motivation changes, adjusts, and shifts sometimes seemingly without notice. Dr. Strickland will explore the different types of motivation and discuss your motivational climate. Furthermore, he will look at why we engage in certain behaviors and some techniques you can use to improve your motivation.
